I have had trouble sleeping since I can remember. Because of my sleep issues, I have battled with being wound up a lot of the time. When I first started doing my Neurofeedback training, I didn’t notice much change for a few weeks but then I began to sleep a few more hours every couple of days. Soon I was up to sleeping quite a bit and then I began to have dreams. It has been such a dramatic change for me.
Lately I have been able to not only get a full nights sleep, but I have been able to nap in the day, something I was never able to do. I appreciate what the training has done for me. I am less tense and feel better than I did on those days when sleep was no where in sight!
I still have a ways to go but I know this has helped me get more rest for my brain. I have been planning to go back to school and know if I stick with this training, I will be able to accomplish that goal for my self.
